WHAT TO EXPECT
Just Lead school leadership coaching is a ten-month program. Through one-on-one meetings and in-between practice, the program often includes:
Discovery and identification of your leadership needs and goals
Evaluation of the leader’s obstacles
Practice & assessment of newly learned skills and behaviors
Two meetings per month; either in person or by telephone
Unlimited access to phone and email support
FEES / BILLING
A ten-month individual coaching program is priced at $5,500 yearly, which is $550 per month, per client. Clients are responsible for attending the bi-monthly scheduled meetings. Clients are billed at the rate per month, if they cancel one of the two meetings.
The monthly fee for coaching is billed at the end of the coaching month and includes bi-monthly 45 minute coaching sessions, necessary phone and email support in between sessions, and quarterly in-person sessions based on location.
Once approval is received, we will begin the coaching process and establish billing procedures.
